News Wrap: Pompeo pledges efforts to counter Russia in 2018

He told the House Foreign Affairs Committee that there will be "appropriate countermeasures" -- but gave no details. Also, Georgia voters made history when they chose Stacey Abrams as the first-ever female, African-American gubernatorial candidate.
