Ron Herndon Discusses Derrick Bell's Views On Desegregation
Clip: Season 9 Episode 903 | 2m 54s

Prof. Bell believed there was no legal mandate to desegregate black majority schools if they existed by choice and equal educational opportunities should be guaranteed for all children in their own neighborhood schools.
