DTE energy is helping put people to work in a new partnership with the Michigan department of corrections. Twenty-four inmates at Parnell correctional facility in Jackson are learning how to trim trees. The training program will help fill a critical shortage of skilled tree trimmers, and provide stable employment for the returning citizens. September 2019 Roadshow/Segment 3
