A Mother's Tribute to her Daughter
Barbara Jackman lost her third child, Brooke, whom she called "the light of my life." Brooke was working at the World Trade Center when the planes hit and made one of the last calls out to her parents' home answering machine. On this anniversary, while Barbara and her family continue to mourn they also celebrate Brooke by building on her potential to educate and inspire underserved youth.
