Scott Martin and Angelique Kuehl belong to a local network of beekeepers who share information and equipment and work to promote beekeeping and its health and environmental benefits. A property owner contacted Martin and Kuehl to capture a hive in a house slated for demolition. Not only were they able to save the hive and its queen, but they protected the property owner from injury.
