Cherokee storyteller Robert Lewis shares ancient creation myths and other stories that he has collected from the rich oral traditions of our native peoples. During a visit to Southern Illinois, Lewis gained new insights of his own into a story that is deeply personal to the Cherokee people who were forced out of their ancestral homelands on what is now called the Trail of Tears.
